Delivered over 6 weeks, the program supports sustainable habits, reinforces a healthy relationship with food, and helps you feel confident in your choices.
Ongoing support is also available after the initial four sessions for those who want additional guidance and reinforcement.
How the program works
Session 1 (week before reduction):
We explore and address fears around regain and prepare your mindset for a smooth transition.
Session 2 (reduction week):
We focus on managing hunger cues, supporting stability around food, and helping you feel in control during the reduction process.
2-week gap:
This allows time for your new habits and confidence to begin taking root.
Sessions 3–4:
We consolidate changes, reinforce positive habits, and support you in making long-term weight maintenance feel natural and sustainable.
After the first session, you’ll receive a personalised recording to reinforce your mindset, habits, and confidence.
The program includes simple, practical guidelines to help you get the best results, such as structuring meals, staying hydrated, and celebrating progress.
