The GLP-1 Exit Program is a 4 session program designed to help you reduce or stop GLP-1 medication while maintaining your results. Delivered over 6 weeks, the program supports sustainable habits, reinforces a healthy relationship with food, and helps you feel confident in your choices.

Ongoing support is also available after the initial four sessions for those who want additional guidance and reinforcement.

How the program works

This program supports you through a guided progression that adapts to where you are in your transition.

Early Support & Preparation

We begin by working with fears around stopping medication, helping you feel more grounded, calm, confident and prepared for change.

Transition

As your medication is reduced, we focus on supporting appetite awareness, emotional regulation, and a steady sense of control around food. We encourage a continued sense of fullness and satisfaction on smaller amounts of food.

Integration & Stabilisation

We consolidate new patterns and reinforce long-term habits so your results feel sustainable and natural in everyday life. We also work with your self beliefs and sense of identity now with this new body and your journey ahead without medication

After the first session, you’ll receive a personalised recording to reinforce your mindset, habits, and confidence.

The program includes simple, practical guidelines to help you get the best results, such as structuring meals, staying hydrated, and celebrating progress.
