Reiki Chakra Balance - 45 minutes

Service Description

When our energy body gets out of balance we can feel tired, depressed, unwell or just not ourselves. This session is a great way to feel restored and rebalanced if you've been feeling off, using Reiki as a way to unblock and balance your main 7 chakras. As you relax on the table for approximately 45 minutes, Reiki will be channeled to each of your main chakras with the intention to re-balance them and clear blocked or stagnant energy. This is a great treatment to make a part of your regular wellness practice to ensure good energetic hygiene and wellbeing. I recommend at least one session a month to keep on top of your energy balance, alongside other self care practices. Allow 1 hour for the treatment, including a brief chat before and after.
