This 3 session programme is a bottom-up approach designed to gently guide your system back toward safety, balance, and ease.

In our sessions, we work directly with both body and mind, using a blend of evidence based techniques proven to downregulate your nervous system. You’ll learn practical tools you can use both inside and outside of our sessions to support your nervous system and manage overwhelming emotions as they arise.
What to expect from these sessions:
Establish somatic safety or neutrality as a baseline for your nervous system.
Begin to shift out of survival mode and into safety mode.
Strengthen the nervous system's capacity for regulation and resilience.
Close the stress cycle from your past that never completed and is causing the present day issues.
Feel empowered with the tools and knowledge to manage day to day going forward.
In our work together, we use a blend of gentle, evidence-based techniques, including hypnotherapy, breathwork, tapping, nervous system regulation tools, and somatic approaches - always tailored to meet you where you are.
This process allows us to safely work with any underlying tension or unresolved stress that may be held in the body.
There’s no need to revisit difficult past experiences unless you're ready - instead, we gently meet what’s present in the moment, allowing your system to process and release at a pace that feels safe for you.
You'll receive a calming guided audio to listen to before your first session, laying the foundations for the work ahead by beginning to slow your mind and body down.
You'll also receive a supportive resource kit to build your regulation skills between appointments and after the sessions are complete.
This 3 session package is designed to provide a solid foundation in nervous system regulation and stress relief. However, depending on your unique needs and the level of dysregulation or chronic stress you’re experiencing, additional sessions may be recommended to support deeper healing and lasting change.
